Das Dell Latitude ST hat einen 1,5 Gigahertz schnellen Single-Core-Prozessor Atom Z670 und bietet ein 10,1-Zoll-Display mit 1366×768 Pixeln.
Es hat 2 Gigabyte Arbeitsspeicher und eine SSD mit 128 GB.
Optional ist auch UMTS.
